Use this self-declaration template to update your current address in bank records when the address on your Aadhaar Card and your current address are different.

There are many instances when you need to change your current address in bank records, however, your Aadhaar may contain your permanent address.  You can use this Self Declaration template to update your current address in Bank records, provided Bank doesn't have any other documents or formalities for this request.
